Our primary mode of internal communication will be via Slack and externally via email. You should already have received information regarding @aqueducthq.com email account. Documents: Notion

All of our documents will be on Notion. Once you’ve set up your RunLLM email, you sign up for Notion here. On Notion, you’ll find an overview of the company, including our ‣ , any recent news, engineering write-ups, and legal and compliance notices.

Benefits & Payroll: Justworks

The last important website that you need to be aware of is Justworks, the platform we use for benefits and payroll. You will receive an invite to Justworks, where you will be able to configure your payroll options (direct deposit), sign up for medical, dental, & vision insurance, configure your 401(k) plan, and apply for and manage your PTO. If you have any questions, our ‣ has a much more detailed description that you can take a look at.

Other Technology (as needed)

Culture

Shishir Mehrotra, the CEO of Coda (and now Grammarly), defines culture as “how we work around here.” It’s your first day here, so you’re probably wondering just that! To get started, we’ve written down a little bit about the company’s history, the philosophy behind how we work, and a couple frameworks to help improve how effective we are.

We care most about how we work and what we’re aiming to accomplish, so you should start there.
